For 6 persons maximum (see detail below) - ANIMAL NOT ALLOWED- -
The house is located in a calm street of the village close to traders.
• OUTSIDE
The front of the house is composed by a garden bordered of pink bay- trees with a closed
place for a vehicule.
The back of the house is a pleasant space life with a terrace, swimming place
( liner diam. 4.60m, depth.1.20m),
arbour, the whole surrended of greenery palm trees, bay-trees, edge of Virginia creeper,
without any facing with
neighbours. Absolute peace within the greenery surroundings !

EQUIPMENTS OF THE HOUSE
The house is rented with :
in the living room----------------------> TV, DVD,

the kitchen-----------------> Dishwasher, electric cooker,
fridge/congelator, microwave,
cooker
hood, electric coffeemaker, toaster.
In the bathroom--------> Washing machine
garden--------------------------> An arbour, a garden living room, 2 beds swimming pool and barbecue.
Linen and towel are not provided

In order to book the house : you have to pay 30% of the total amount and to provide
a document from your insurance company (holidays insurance) for the time you stay in
the house mentioning the date of your arrival and the date of your departure.
A month before your arrival, you have to pay the remaining amount (70%).
On your arrival day, you will be asked to pay a deposit (for the possible damages caused
by you or your family).
If you want to book the house, a contractual document will be sent to you precising
the above terms
